so disappointed in this florist! We had an order for sympathy flowers wired there from a local florist out of Kalamazoo. They were never delivered for the visitation and when questioned by the local florist here, their answer was, "we just didn't do it" When asked if they could at least get them to the funeral home for that days funeral, their answer "no, we are not delivering them." Thank goodness a florist from Three Rivers is trying to get the arrangement together at the last minute and deliver them. We should have been notified up front that Tilted Lily would not deliver them. If someone was not at the visitation to let me know that our flowers were not there, I would have never of know. Never again will I give this place any business!

Awful experience. The arrangement that I ordered is on the left, the ones on the right were what was received. I was told the order would be delivered by 4 pm, but the arrangement was delivered at 7:45 pm. This was through FTD, but I will not be using them again.
